When one person bends over to other person who is in his/her knees, if they are too close the act of asskissing (or cocksucking depending of the bending direction) is done.
Otherwise means agreeding with all things a guy says just because he can help/screw you very well.

Anyone who shows kindness in any way to a superior is an asskisser. Whether it's just picking up some paper he/she fell or complementing him/her on their attire, they're doing it not because it's polite, they're doing it because they want to be an asskisser.
