What is the most important subject in life?

Criteria: 3 sentences

Be serious on this question. Put some thought in your post. The idea is to post it now, and then come back a few years later to see if your views have changed/see how you would react back then.

Do you mean school subject? Or subject like politics, religion?

It can be either of them. Any subject. Be it school, politics, religion, science, etc.

I think the most important subject would be religion. Science, technology, health, engineering ect. are good, but all is temporary. Religion explains how you should treat others, how to live, how to please your God/gods and most importantly, what happens when you die. Religion gives purpose to your life, creates a great character and will make you feel safe and confident. Religion has inspired many great people throughout history, and will inspire many to come.

Saving your soul is more important than earthly endeavors.

Wow I love your entry! Great job!

While I agree with most of your thoughts, I somewhat disagree. Religion creates society, fills the need to belong and all, but there had been some religion wars pointlessly killing people and wasting resources. Also some people hate other people for their own religion (prejudice) and more. I could name the most horrifying one (The Germany Nazi Holocaust in the 1940s) that caused over 6,000,000 people murdered.

Asides from that, I agree. Good post!

THe ultimate goal in life is to have a good/fun time. Therefore, the best subjects would be the ones that will eventually make you the most cash, so that you can buy more shizz to get you a more enjoyable time. And at the moment I think this would be maths, science and IT.

That's what a lot of people would say! Nevertheless, I agree!

But life is not always fun and games <insert sad face here>. Speaking of that, you should go to the next post.
